The hotel's location is superb, right in front of Kaaba, and it offers a wide and clean room. The staff is caring and professional, but some areas need improvement. The dining experience is good but somewhat crowded and lacking fresh juices.

The hotel location is more than wonderful, facing King Fahd gate and close to the Haram for convenient prayer opportunities. The rooms, with only partial Haram views, were clean and had a pleasant smell but felt more like a below-average 3-star room than a luxury one. The service staff were amazing and helpful, especially when they swiftly relocated me to a Duplex upon my complaint. The dining experience, although with some chaotic moments, offered home-made pies and jams. The hotel facilities were decent.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room wasn't ready initially, but it was quickly sorted out after a 15-minute wait. I didn't book a special room with a view of the Haram, but I must say it's truly fantastic as it directly overlooks the Holy Kaaba, allowing you to pray while in the room with the Imam of the Haram leading the congregation.
